Best BARTENDER "Biorest Cup 2023"

• BARTENDER COMPETITION

The competition is individual and consists of a single bartender.

The contest is divided into three rounds:

① First Round - Sherry Cocktail (Principe de Barbadillo)

This is an exceptionally complex and thrilling expression of the Palomino grape variety. It has undergone two stages of aging – the first under a flor veil, and the second without flor, contributing to the wonderful saline notes and hazelnut taste in the wine. It can be enjoyed lightly chilled, paired with aged cheese or game. We recommend serving it in a white wine glass, and the opened bottle can be stored without any issues for months.

② Second round - Preparation of a cordial with freeze-dried fruits

Our freeze-dried fruits are a 100% natural product. They are used for decoration, coloring, flavoring, and cordials. We offer a rich variety of different fruits, vegetables, and dairy products. You can find them at the "Biorest Bulgaria" store located at Mladost 2, block 261B, or on their website here и here.

③ Third round - Surprise box with Sosa products; the top 4 teams that successfully passed the first two rounds will be admitted to the final round.

The grand prize for the winner is in the amount of 5000 leva, and it will be determined by Mark Alvarez, Max La Rocca, and Blagoy Kuzmanski.
