Paco Perez

Paco Perez holds five Michelin stars. He is one of the most significant representatives of avant-garde gastronomy in the 21st century. At the age of 12, he began working in his family's tapas bar, where his true passion was born.

He combined his training with work in various restaurants and completed his training under Michel Guèrard, the father of "nouvelle cuisine." In 1984, he established the Miramar restaurant as a simple hostel with a beachside restaurant. Together with his wife, they turned it into a place of worship for gastronomes from around the world, a restaurant with 2 Michelin stars.

He also manages Enoteca at Hotel Arts, also with two stars, 5-Cinco with one star at Hotel Das Stue in Berlin, L'EGGS, Doble, La Royale, and Bao bar.
