Biorest Cup

The first event in Bulgaria, which brings together a prestigious competition for the best professional chefs and bartenders, creative and business practical master classes, lectures from world-renowned names in the industry, and a special exhibition, all in one place. The event will take place over the course of 3 days, between December 5th and 7th, 2023, in one of the greenest and liveliest locations in the heart of Sofia - Toplocentrala. Toplocentrala

During the forum, some of the most prominent culinary talents, not only in Bulgaria but also in the Balkans, will compete against each other. The goal of the competition is to challenge participants to showcase their skills, creativity, and teamwork in front of an international jury comprised of modern Western cuisine's leading figures. Participants will have the opportunity to learn the latest news and techniques, along with the best and newest products available on the market.

Of course, in every competition, the best chefs and bartenders will strive to win both recognition and monetary prizes. Participants will be evaluated by a highly professional jury, comprising some of the world's top professionals, including those leading Michelin-starred restaurants.
